Gali Koren, Esq. Managing Attorney
Attorney Gali Koren is the founder and managing attorney of the Law Offices of Gali Koren. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Western State University, where she received her Juris Doctor Degree. She obtained her LLM in International Law from the University of San Diego Law School, where she majored in Immigration Law.
Attorney Koren is a member of the State Bar of California and is authorized to represent clients on immigration matters in all 50 states. She is also a member of the following organizations:
Through her combined education and extensive experience, Attorney Koren has successfully represented corporate and individual clients obtain approvals of their petitions and applicatons. She has also helped hundreds of clients, particularly healthcare professionals, pursue and achieve their immigration goals in the United States.

Carlo Borja Attorney (licensed in the Philippines)
Mr. Borja graduated from the Ateneo De Manila University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, Major in Legal Management. He then pursued his law studies at the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law and in 2003, worked as a legal intern at an Immigration Law Firm in Glendale, California. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2006. He is a licensed Philippine attorney and is a California State Commissioned Notary Public. Mr. Borja is bilingual, fluent in English and Tagalog.

Yelena Rashevsky Paralegal
Ms. Rashevsky has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal in various fields of law including immigration, bankruptcy and criminal law. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Gali Koren, she worked with the District Attorney’s Office in Portland, Oregon. Ms. Rashevsky is fluent in the Russian language.
